3 x 3 hour postpartum care sessions:
My support is tailored to your family's needs and can include practical aspects such as making meals, tidying up and folding washing, through to helping siblings adjust to their new baby, providing a listening ear and supporting you to create your village so that you can relax and enjoy your family.
I am on call for you 24/7 from 2 weeks before your estimated due date, until your baby is in your arms.

A TENS machine is a pocket-sized, battery-operated device that sends electrical impulses to certain parts of the body to block pain signals. The use of my TENS machine is included in this package (usually $80)

The Birth Sling was lovingly created for Birthing Mamas and Birth Workers to encourage upright and active birth no matter where you choose to birth.

The Birth Sling, which has been coined “a game changer for active birth positioning” is a birthing tool created by Osteopath, birth worker and new mum Jess Michaels.
